We ship as soon as humanly possible! If our timelines are longer than 2 weeks, we will reach out to let you kow when you expect your order. Please remember these are handmade items and take a while to produce.

We will accept returns as long as your item is still in good condition and does not have a personalization/name within 7 days of your delivery.

We will replace damaged items by mail carrier with photo proof within 3 days of recieving your delivery.
